WinterKids Celebrates 10 Years of Winter Fun!
WinterKids is 10! On Wednesday, June 30th, WinterKids proudly celebrated 10 Years of Winter Fun at The Woodlands Club in Falmouth. Maine’s Wicked Funny Bob Marley and Maine’s Funniest Mom, Karen Morgan, provided the laughs for the evening and two-time Gold Medalist (and WinterKids spokesperson) Seth Wescott also made a special appearance!
The fundraising event kicked off WinterKids’ fiscal year, and brought together WinterKids’ sponsors, community supporters, friends, volunteers, donors, staff and board of directors. In addition to great comedy from Bob Marley and Karen Morgan, guests were treated to a special video presentation and a winter-themed silent auction. The fabulous auction items included a chance to snowboard with Seth Wescott himself and an “all access” weekend getaway to Saddleback during the 2010-2011 winter season.
The party proved that WinterKids knows how to keep things cool...even in the heat of summer!
