We hold two winter events – Family Ice Fishing Day and Winter Camp. Family Ice Fishing Day is a free public event where everything is provided to have an enjoyable day of ice-fishing. All holes, tip-ups, bait and a hot dog lunch are provided at no expense.

There are many door prizes given away, including the Grand Prize of a lifetime fishing license. Winter Camp is a weekend event for children ages 8 – 15 at our facility near Pickerel Pond. Campers learn a variety of outdoor, physical skills including snowshoeing, ice fishing, winter survival, recreational snow games, and archery. WinterKids grant monies were utilized for supplies needed to make the events a success!
