This $500 award was used to help support the Quarry Road Ski Club’s youth Nordic ski program, which helped 65 kids get outside and active this winter in central Maine.

Full program scholarships were available this season for financially disadvantaged families that covered program fees, season passes, season equipment leases, and provided each scholarship recipient with a new winter jacket.
